Flour Bluff ISD is now accepting student transfers for the 2020-2021 school year. The District is excited to announce parents can now submit the transfer application and all required documents for a transfer via an online submission system. The online submission system alleviates the need for parents to submit the application and required documentation in-person.
“We decided to move to an online submission process due to the issues surrounding COVID-19 and the school closure,” said Dr. Allison Schaum, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction. “Parents can now submit all documents from their personal computer and not have to visit the district.”
Last year, the District moved to a tuition-free transfer policy. Families who reside outside the boundaries of Flour Bluff ISD can apply for a transfer into the district tuition-free. Flour Bluff ISD is continuing with the no tuition costs for the 2020-2021 school year. This is a great savings for our Hornet Families!
