Nine Flour Bluff High School art students and one Flour Bluff Intermediate art student have their artwork on display at the Corpus Christi Annual Dia de los Muertos Festival – Youth Art Exhibition at K-Space Contemporary. The Dia de los Muertos Festival is an annual celebration of the Mexican holiday which begins on October 31st and ends on November 2.
In addition to the artwork being displayed, the art students’ pieces are up for the “People’s Choice Awards.” The artwork can be voted on via the Corpus Christi Dia de los Muertos Festival Facebook page. Voting will take place in an online photo album on Facebook now through November 5. The artwork with the most likes in each designated grade category will be awarded.
Check out these talented artists’ pieces of art at the K-Space Contemporary until November 13th. Hours of operation are Wednesday through Saturday, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Don’t forget to vote for your favorite!
